Flower Essence Consultations consists of a one hour conversation about what is troubling you the most, either physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. Flower essences are liquid vibrational medicines usually preserved in alcohol and taken a few drops at a time under the tongue. These medicines stimulate our higher levels of consciousness, allowing us to shift our typical thoughts and behaviors and come into a more peaceful way of being.  In addition to using the Bach Flower Essences, I also use Robert Stevens Flower Essences, Andean Orchid Essences, and many more.
